Lustra Living ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA) and, where applicable, the GDPR for international customers.
1. Information we collect
When you shop with us or subscribe, we may collect: your name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, order history, and device/browsing information (via cookies). Payment details are processed by our secure payment providers (such as PayFast) and are never stored by us.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to: process and deliver your orders; send order and shipping updates; provide customer support; send marketing emails if you have opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time); improve our website and product range; and comply with legal obligations.
3. Sharing your information
We only share personal information with parties who need it to serve you: our fulfilment and shipping partners (to deliver your order), payment processors (to process payment), and our e-commerce and email platforms (Shopify, Klaviyo) which store data on our behalf. We never sell your personal information.
4. International transfers
Because some of our suppliers and service providers operate outside South Africa, your delivery information may be transferred internationally solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order, with appropriate safeguards.

6. Your rights

We retain order information for as long as required for legal, accounting and warranty purposes, and protect it with industry-standard security through our platform providers.
