2. Orders and acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where a product was listed at an incorrect price or is unavailable from our suppliers. If we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund.
3. Pricing and payment
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely through our payment providers, including PayFast. We never store your full card details.
4. Shipping and delivery
Many of our products are fulfilled by international partners; estimated delivery times are shown in our Shipping Policy and at checkout. Delivery estimates are made in good faith but are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
5. Returns, refunds and cancellations
Your rights are set out in our Refund, Returns & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA) or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (ECT Act).
6. Product information
We make every effort to display products, colours and descriptions accurately, but slight variations may occur. Beauty and skincare products should be patch-tested before full use; discontinue use if irritation occurs. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website is the property of Lustra Living or its licensors. Brand names, product images and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for the purpose of selling genuine products.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lustra Living shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or products purchased, provided that nothing herein limits liability that cannot be excluded under South African law.
9. Privacy
Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and you consent to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
