Lustra Living – Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (South Africa) We ship nationwide across South Africa. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. Estimated delivery times are 2–5 business days depending on your location.

International Shipping We ship to selected international destinations. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Estimated delivery times are 7–21 business days depending on the destination country. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

Delays Lustra Living is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control. During peak periods or public holidays, additional delays may occur.
